The Grandstream GXW4224 FXS VoIP Gateway is a reliable, high-performance solution for businesses and service providers needing to bridge large analog phone networks into modern SIP-based VoIP systems. With 24 FXS ports, it enables seamless connectivity for analog phones, fax machines, and legacy devices while providing modern VoIP features and network flexibility.
The Grandstream GXW4224 FXS VoIP Gateway supports multi-profile SIP, allowing multiple SIP server profiles with independent accounts per port, which ensures flexible call routing and scalability for multi-tenant environments. Its Gigabit Ethernet interface ensures high-speed, reliable voice transmission across your network.
The device provides comprehensive voice codec support, including G.711, G.723.1, G.726, G.729A/B, iLBC, and in some variants wideband codecs like Opus and G.722, for crystal-clear audio. Fax communication is handled via T.38 Fax-over-IP with G.711 fallback for reliable transmissions. Advanced telephony features include echo cancellation, dynamic jitter buffer, caller ID, call transfer, call forward, three-way conferencing, DND, flexible dial plans, and VMWI/NEON LED alerts, making it suitable for busy enterprise environments.
