Grandstream HT802 – 2-Port Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) for VoIP Integration
The Grandstream HT802 2-Port ATA is a compact, fanless analog telephone adapter that connects two analog phones or fax machines to IP-based VoIP systems. It supports dual SIP profiles, T.38 fax, secure TLS/SRTP signaling, automated provisioning, and advanced telephony features, making it ideal for small businesses and home office deployments.
Description
The Grandstream HT802 2-Port ATA is a high-performance analog telephone adapter designed for integrating legacy analog phones and fax machines into modern VoIP networks. With 2 FXS RJ11 ports, it enables businesses and home offices to retain analog endpoints while enjoying the benefits of SIP-based communications.
Each FXS port supports independent dual SIP profiles, allowing simultaneous registration to two different SIP accounts, offering flexibility in call routing and endpoint management. The device ensures secure communication with TLS and SRTP encryption, protecting both signaling and media from unauthorized access.
The HT802 also includes T.38 Fax-over-IP support, ensuring reliable Group 3 fax relay with automatic fallback to G.711 for legacy devices. Advanced telephony features such as caller ID, call waiting, flash, blind/attended transfer, call forward, hold, Do Not Disturb (DND), and 3-way conferencing make it suitable for professional and business use.
Provisioning and management are simplified with TR-069 and XML configuration support, allowing centralized deployment and monitoring. Failover capabilities ensure uninterrupted service by automatically switching to a secondary SIP server if the primary connection fails.
The device is designed for convenience and efficiency, with LED indicators for Power, Network, Phone1, and Phone2, providing easy visual status monitoring. Its compact, fanless form factor makes installation simple in homes, offices, or small business environments.
The Grandstream HT802 2-Port ATA supports a wide range of voice codecs, including G.711, G.722, G.723.1, G.726, G.729A/B, iLBC, and Opus, with dynamic jitter buffer and advanced echo cancellation for superior audio quality.
Whether for a small office or home VoIP setup, the Grandstream HT802 delivers reliable, secure, and scalable analog-to-VoIP connectivity, bridging traditional telephony with modern communications infrastructure.
