Built for scalability and future-proof networking, the Sophos XGS118 /118w Wireless Firewall delivers high-speed firewall performance combined with advanced XStream Protection.
The Sophos XGS118 Firewall supports 15,500 Mbps firewall throughput, 13,000 Mbps IPsec VPN, 3,250 Mbps threat protection, and 1,100 Mbps XStream SSL/TLS inspection, providing comprehensive protection for encrypted traffic. Integrated Wi-Fi 6 (for the 118w model) delivers 2×2 MIMO concurrent bands at 2.4/5 GHz, allowing secure wireless access without additional access points.
Connectivity includes 9×2.5 GE Copper ports and 1×SFP Fiber port, plus a modular expansion bay for optional 5G modules. Storage is handled via 64 GB UFS 2.1, ensuring fast logging, reporting, and system operations. The appliance supports an external power supply with optional redundancy for reliable operation.
