The Huawei eKitEngine AP266 Wireless Access Point is a high-performance Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) indoor access point designed for modern enterprise, hospitality, education, and commercial environments. It combines strong wireless performance, flexible installation options, and intelligent RF optimization in a compact wall-plate design.
The AP266 delivers dual-band 2×2 MIMO connectivity (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with a maximum aggregate wireless speed of up to 2.975 Gbps, ensuring fast and stable connectivity for high-density user environments.
It is engineered for flexible deployment and can be installed on:
- Wall
- Ceiling
- Desktop
- Standard 86 mm junction box
This makes it especially suitable for hotels, offices, clinics, retail stores, and schools, where structured cabling and room-based WiFi distribution are required.
The AP266 features smart antenna technology, which dynamically adjusts signal direction and strength based on user location and density. This improves coverage stability, reduces interference, and enhances roaming performance across large deployments.
One of its key advantages is its multi-port Ethernet design, which includes:
- 1 × GE uplink port (PoE in)
- 4 × GE downlink ports (1 supports PoE OUT)
