The FIBERME FCM5600 VoIP PBX is an enterprise-ready communication solution designed to deliver robust, flexible, and secure telephony for SMBs and medium-sized organizations. Supporting up to 150 users and 50 simultaneous calls, this PBX ensures reliable voice communication, whether deployed on-premises or accessed remotely.
Equipped with dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, the FCM5600 provides stable WAN and LAN integration, ensuring high-quality voice transmission and network redundancy. The FIBERME Remote Connect (FRC) feature allows extensions to register from remote locations without requiring public IP addresses, DDNS, or VPN setups — ideal for remote workers or branch offices.
Deployment is simplified with auto-provisioning, enabling plug-and-play registration for compatible SIP phones. Advanced call handling features include IVR menus, ring groups, call queues, follow-me, DISA, voicemail, and customizable dial plans, ensuring seamless communication and professional customer experience.
The PBX also supports call recording and CDR (Call Detail Records) with large storage capacity for monitoring, compliance, and reporting purposes. Fax support is available through T.38 and pass-through protocols, while paging and intercom features enable efficient internal communication across offices or campuses.
Security is enhanced with integrated firewall, intrusion prevention, and geo-IP policy controls to protect the system from unauthorized access. The FCM5600 also works with SWING softphone apps, extending IP telephony to desktops and mobile devices, enabling full mobility and collaboration.
Powered by an ARM quad-core CPU with 1 GB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB on-board storage (expandable via USB to 1 TB), the FCM5600 provides stable performance even under heavy call loads. It supports a wide range of voice codecs including Opus, G.722, G.711, G.729, G.726, GSM, SPEEX, AMR, and AMR-WB, ensuring superior audio quality for every call.
