Sophos XGS128  Firewall (Gen 2) is a high-performance desktop security appliance designed for branch offices and distributed enterprise networks. With a single-CPU architecture and XStream virtual FastPath acceleration, the Sophos XGS128 /128w Wireless Firewall delivers exceptional throughput and low latency for critical applications.

The Sophos XGS128 Wireless Firewall provides 19,100 Mbps firewall throughput, 15,050 Mbps IPsec VPN, 4,000 Mbps threat protection, and 1,450 Mbps XStream SSL/TLS inspection. Integrated Wi-Fi (for the 128w model) supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2×2 MIMO on 2.4/5 GHz concurrent bands, enabling secure wireless connectivity for branch offices without the need for additional access points.

Connectivity includes 9×2.5 GE Copper ports and 1×SFP Fiber port, with an expansion bay compatible with optional 5G modules for future network growth. Storage is provided via 64 GB UFS 2.1, ensuring fast logging, reporting, and system data handling.
